In which unit does the PULSE count? Does the PULSE count in a specific unit?

Modified on Mon, 16 Nov, 2020 at 10:17 AM

The PULSE does not associate a unit with its pulse count.

It counts 1 for a pulse generated by the counter or pulse module.

It is therefore necessary to know the weight of the pulse generated by the meter: characteristic given by the meter manufacturer or "K" factor indicated on some pulse modules.

In order to decode the frame, it is therefore necessary to associate a unit or a multiplying factor to the index transmitted by the PULSE.
