Frame 46 is the periodic data frame WITHOUT logging and frames 5A and 5B are the periodic frames with logging of each of the meter channels.
The reception of one frame or another will therefore depend on the configuration of the product.
If the parameter setting does not set up a history, then the 0x46 frame will be sent with the indexes of the 2 channels.
If a history is entered then the product will send the 5A and/or 5B frame depending on the channel activation.
