If you are unable to connect your FTD to the IoT Configurator, it is necessary to check :
- Firmware versions of your FTD > appear on the screen when the FTD starts up. They may be too old and not supported by the application.
- Your USB port or the USB cable used. If your PC's device manager does not recognize the FTD, try changing the USB port first and also check that you have a micro-USB cable that allows data transmission (OTG).
