Depending on the version of the FTD on hand and the firmware version to be updated it is possible that your FTD can be updated.
However, before updating the firmware of the FTD, please consult the Adeunis support service (open a ticket) which will check the feasibility and will accompany you throughout the process.
To know the current version of your FTD, just turn on the FTD and look at the APP and RTU versions displayed.
